My favourite supper

Do you have the habit of eating supper??

You may or may not, but then, I do. It's sort of an important, cannot-miss meals of my day. Without supper, I feels of lacking something and couldn't sleep. I start having such habits since I was young and all thanks to my mum, all these "cravings" are satisfied with her wonderful instant ideas. Till date, I wonder how she does it. Those came out on the plates from her kitchen are just wonderful which makes u hunger for more. hahaha. Thanks Mummy!!

Wat do you prefer for supper?? Something heavy which makes u full or just something light to fill your stomach to stop those growls. Some goes for extravagant meals as though they wanna skips breakfast to save time and some prefers light like breads or just a cup of Milo. Everyone has their own preferences as we might not share the same lifestyle albeit we are from the same country.

Aniwae, let's go back to the main point and stops all those blabberings, shall we??

My preference for supper is something which just fill my stomach and satisfy my hunger. Something not too light which might not be filling and something not too heavy which I won't feel heavy the next morning. And I've just the thing which fits these bills perfectly.

What is it??
It's something local which actually invented from the west.
It's actually from a humble beginnings yet the result are truly worth to be salivated. Even the thought of it now makes me drooling.
It's something simple yet the taste shames branded franshises.

Did you guess it rite?? Yes, it's Ramly burger.

Plain lil' stalls equipped with simple tools and which are commonly found on the roadside attended by several young locals lads in the neighbourhood. No fancy menus, set meals, gimmick, advertisements promotions. The only thing there is just a flat wok, a rack which houses two glass panes to stores the neccesity of the trade. How simple compared with branded franchises. The only thing to identify them is only by the big big sticker on the stalls that shows a burger and the word "Ramly Burger". No poster, or a mascot. Nothing at all. In fact, you don't need to be a millionaire to invest in this. All it takes is just less than a thousand.

But then, do believe me what comes out from the efforts of these lads are truely wonderful. They really got me hooked somehow.

There are plenty of variants of burgers i.e Chicken/beef burger, banjo, hot dog, special/double special chicken/beef and lotz lotz more... You'll be surprise that they are actually better than those commercials giant in many ways. Hard to believe but true.

No french fries, coke or coleslaw to go with it. But then, it's cheap, convenient and simply irrestably delicious.

And the best part, they only uses simple seasoning sauces like pepper, curry powder, spices, soy souce, mayonaisse and ketchup. Thatz all which makes it so irrestibly delicious and makes u wanting for more.
