He needs help. Can u help?

Not much readers here but then, no matter wat, I just hope that this young boy may live on to fulfil his task in this lifetime...

GEORGE TOWN: When Ahmad Akmal Zakaria was diagnosed with Down’s syndrome, his parents felt as if their world had just collapsed.

Another blow followed a few months later when they found out that he had two holes in his heart.

He now needs an urgent operation to repair the defects.

His father Zakaria Eusoff, 47, a general worker at Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd, cannot afford to pay for the surgery at the Gleneagles Medical Centre, which is expected to cost between RM30,000 and RM35,000.

His wife Che Sam Mustafa, 45, is a housewife.

Those who wish to help can send cheques made payable to New Straits Times with the child’s name written on the reverse side, addressed to The Cashier, Finance Department/Charity Unit, The New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd, Balai Berita, No. 31, Jalan Riong, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.

the above report is extracted from www.nst.com.my.

If you can help, do help. be it a mere RM10 or a grand donation of RM10k... itz worth saving a life and better than building a multi storey pagoda. As for me, i'm working on my budget hoping i can donate something out to him.

cheers.
